Agreement

By using ImgBolt ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Known By One LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.

Description of Service

ImgBolt provides free, browser-based image tools including format conversion, compression, and resizing. Core features are available without an account. Premium features may require an account and credits.

Free Tools

Core image processing tools (convert, compress, resize) are provided free of charge with no account required. We reserve the right to introduce usage limits on free tools to prevent abuse, with reasonable notice.

Accounts and Credits

Some features require a registered account and purchased credits. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Your Content

You retain all rights to images you process through ImgBolt. We do not claim ownership of your content. Since core processing happens in your browser, your files are never stored on our servers.

You agree not to use the Service to process:

• Content that violates any applicable law
• Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Malicious files designed to exploit vulnerabilities

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or exploit the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output files will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Known By One LLC and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or image quality.

Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
