ImgBolt is operated by Known By One LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.

The Short Version

Your images are processed entirely in your browser. We do not upload, store, or transmit your files to any server. We collect minimal analytics to improve the service. We do not sell your data.

Image Processing

All core image operations — conversion, compression, and resizing — are performed client-side using browser-based technologies (Sharp via WebAssembly). Your image files never leave your device during processing.

Certain premium or advanced features may require server-side processing. When this is the case, it will be clearly indicated before you upload. Server-processed files are deleted immediately after the result is returned to you and are never stored permanently.

Information We Collect

We may collect the following information:

• Account data — if you create an account: email address and authentication credentials, managed by Supabase.
• Usage analytics — anonymous, aggregated data such as pages visited, tools used, browser type, and country. We use this to understand which tools are most useful and to improve performance.
• Transaction data — if you purchase credits: payment information is processed by our payment provider. We do not store credit card numbers.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (if you create an account) and may use analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

Data Retention

Images processed client-side are never stored by us. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing

Children's Privacy

ImgBolt is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
